The way in which you establish an Internet account from the desktop depends on whether you want to create a new Internet account or transfer settings from an existing Internet account to your computer. In any case, you use the Internet Connection wizard.

Once you are connected to the Internet, you gain access to it by using an Internet browser. You can contact your computer manufacturer or Internet service provider (ISP) for information about the different browser programs available. If you prefer, you can use Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Note: ISP -> Maintains a server computer that is directly connected to the Internet. You must connect via an ISP unless your organization is directly connected to the Internet.

To create a new Internet account:
