Cuentos"Yes, of course." "You must help me." "What can I do for you." "Somebody stole my wife's diammond ring. It is as big as an egg. It is very beautiful Now my wife is very sad. She wants to find her diammond ring." "Don't worry I can help you. I can find her ring," said Todd. "Get up, Nod. We have work to do." Todd and Nod started out to find the ring. When they reached the rich man's house, Todd said to himself, "Now I must look for footprints. Aha! Here they are! Oh, they are my footprints, aren't day?" He looked up and saw Nod sleeping in the garden. "That dog!" said Todd to himself. He went to get Nod. In the garden Todd saw more footprints. "Come, Nod. We must follow these footprints." They walked until they came to the woods. Nod went into the woods and began to eat some wild berries. Todd walked and walked. Suddenly he saw two men sitting by a fire. One man had a big diammond ring in his hand. "I'm sure that ring is not his," thought Todd. "Hmmmm. I think It's time to show them my gun." He shouted to the men, "Don't move! I have a gun." He looked in his pocket, but his gun wasn't there. The men jumped up and ran. Todd ran slowly because his shoes were too big. Then he saw the two men fall over something. The "something" was Nod, who was asleep in the woods. The man tried to get up, but Nod sat on them and licked their faces. "We give up, but take this dog away," said the men. Todd Rod drove the men to the police and took the ring to the rich man. The man's wife was very happy. "You are a wonderful detective," she said. "Yes, isn't he?" said the man. Todd smiled and said, "We do our best." Then as he turned to walk away, Todd fell over Nod, who was asleep behind him.
